I’m a 60+ year old woman who started training with Mike in January of 2006.  I started this program because I was worried about my mobility and flexibility and wanted to feel more confident doing the every day things in life.  I can assure you that I would have never continued this program (2X per week, weights and cardio) on my own without Mike’s encouragement and help. I now find myself looking forward to my time in the gym; I can not even believe this!  In addition to feeling a great deal better physically I have also lost a lot of weight.  I wasn’t even expecting this added benefit.
