About Mike

 

At the start of his 20 year career, Mike built his passion for Strength Training in the world of Powerlifting, and holds the following Sports Association titles:

• *1986 -  1st place ADFPA Teenage Nationals in 181 weight class 

• *1987  - 1st place USPF Teenage Nationals 165 weight class

• *1988  -  1st place USPF High School Nationals 181 pound class

• *1989 - 1st place APF Teenage Nationals. 198 pound class

• *1990 - 1st place APF Jr. nationals, 220 pound class

• *1992  - 1st place USPF Jr. Nationals 220 pound class

• *1994 - 1st place APF Jr Nationals, pound 220

• *1994 1st place WPC Jr Worlds 220 pound class

Through this experience Mike has also trained many of the top Athletes in MN and developed a unique knowledge of nutrition and training both for the athlete and those who are looking for better fitness and weight loss
